Task types in Livespace allow you for quick filtering the tasks of a specific type, as well as more comfortable viewing of the statistics in terms of the tasks of specified type only.
By default, Livespace supports the following task types:
- Call
- Meeting
- Project
- Holiday
- Other
You can also modify and expand the default task types.
Editing and adding the task type
To edit the task type, go to the Account settings > Calendar and tasks. Then, press the editing icon visible beside a given type of task.Note: the task type Meeting should not be edited due to its linkage with the results counting in the Targets and Results card.
To add a new task type:
- Select Add type.
- Then, specify its name and select the icon to be displayed next to the newly created type.
