In Livespace CRM, you can add or invite new users. Below, we’re explaining how you can send out invitations and then check their status.
Sending out invitations in CRM
In order to invite your coworkers:
- As an administrator go to the Account settings.
- From the left-hand menu, select the Users tab.
- Press the Add users button.
- Enter the email address of your coworkers or many email addresses if you are going to invite multiple people at once.
- At this point, you can choose the privilege level of each user.
- If you want to invite more people to Livespace, you can add additional email address fields using the plus button.
- Finally, push the Send button.
- A confirmation message will appear.
Checking the status of sent invitations
In order to check the status of the invitations that have been sent out:
1. As an administrator, go to the Users tab in the Account settings.2. Select the Invitations tab.3. The list will display the current status of your sent invitations.
