Invite coworkers

In Livespace CRM, you can add or invite new users. Below, we’re explaining how you can send out invitations and then check their status.

Sending out invitations in CRM

In order to invite your coworkers:

  1. As an administrator go to the Account settings.accsettings
  2. From the left-hand menu, select the Users tab.Users tab in Livespace CRM
  3. Press the Add users button.Add users button in CRM
  4. Enter the email address of your coworkers or many email addresses if you are going to invite multiple people at once.entered email address in CRM
  5. At this point, you can choose the privilege level of each user.Account type in CRM
  6. If you want to invite more people to Livespace, you can add additional email address fields using the plus button.Use plus to add more users to CRM
  7. Finally, push the Send button.Send button in Crm

Checking the status of sent invitations

In order to check the status of the invitations that have been sent out:accsettings
