Who are we looking for?
Your key role
Creating and maintaining an international partner network.
What you’ll do
- Co-create and implement our expansion strategy
- Develop the international partner network by recruiting sales consultancy and training companies
- Handle leads and product demo requests from potential partners and customers
- Help partners to implement their sales knowledge and methodologies into Livespace
- Get feedback from partners and work with the product and business teams to improve the product
- Support partners with expert knowledge
- Lead or join projects focused on further expansion and partner network development
You’ll need
- Experience: 2+ years in direct work with customers (i.e. roles in sales, training, business education or consulting)
- Languages: fluent business English; C2 certificate or equivalent – unless you’re a native speaker of course 😉
- Self-reliance and Entrepreneurship: you’ll develop a new, unprecedented business area with a lot of things to think through, plan out and build from scratch. You’ll of course have support but ultimately, it’s you that will be responsible for the results
- Process-thinking: we’re all about designing processes, so in order to evangelize that approach, you’ll need to think logically and be able to design effective business processes
- Open mind and desire for self-development: you’ll be learning a lot, so a willingness to take on and process a lot of information at a fast pace is essentail.
- Persistence and courage: As you’ll be creating something new and unique, you may well hear “no” and “wrong” a lot. So the ideal candidate will be happy to test their ideas & take feedback on-board. If that’s something that discourages you – it’s not a job for you
- Excellent communication skills: you’ll be contacting a lot of new people and working with different teams across the company
- Positive and proactive: last but not least, we’re looking for a person with loads of positive energy, who wants to accept the challenge and help us become a global company. If you have a high level of life energy and integrity, that’s a job for you 🙂
You’ll get extra points if
- You have experience in using training and/or sales methodologies
- You’ve worked in sales
- You’re a native speaker
- You know the IT / SaaS environment
- You’ve created a partner network before
