How does the internal integration of Livespace via Zapier work?

  1. You win in Livespace a deal that has process A assigned.
  2. Zapier automatically adds in Livespace a new deal with process B assigned.

Zapier setup

Step 1 – Trigger

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and press Make a Zap!

  2. Select the app that will start the action: Trigger App. Find Livespace on the app list.
  3. Select Change in Deal Status option and confirm it with Save + Continue.
  4. Connect Zapier with your Livespace account. Select Connect an account.
  5. In a new browser window enter the necessary data from Livespace (you will find them in your Livespace account, in Account settings > API > Users):
    1. Account name, for example abc.livespace.io
    2. Selected user’s API key and API secret.

  6. At this stage it is a good idea to win test deal in Livespace, so Zapier can download example data, usefull for the following setup. If you have more than one won deal, select the one you’d like to use in the next step and confirm your selection with Continue.

Step 2 – Filter

  1. From the list on the left side select Filter, so you can indicate that only after wining a deal in process A, should Zapier create in Livespace a deal in process B.
  2. Select Only continue if… and confirm the selection with Save + Continue.
  3. Set up the conditions so only deals with the status Won and with process A can meet them. For example, Status contains Won and Process Name contains Deal proces A.

Step 3 – Action

  1. Move on to the next step – action. Select Action and choose Livespace app.
  2. Set Create Deal as action that should take place.
  3. Your Livespace account was already connected while you set up step 1., so all you need to do now is to select it and continue with Save + Continue.
  4. Enter the name of the new deal and select which data from the previous, already won deal should it contain: for example company name.

To do this select the company’s ID in Company>Use a Custom Value (advanced)>Custom Value for Company ID. That way the new deal will be assigned to the same company as the previous one.

Add the new deal’s process. To do that enter the “deal process B’s” API address into the Sales process ID field (you can find it in Account settings>API>Deals>Process “Deal process B”>Process’ ID)

Give your Zap a name and turn it on. Ready!

 

Your Livespace account will now create a deal in process B any time someone wins a deal in process A.

 

What will you need?

Do you use Google Sheets to collect information about new clients and deals?  Integrate Livespace with Google Sheets via Zapier so when you add a new line to the worksheet, you automatically create a new deal.

How does Livespace integration by Zapier work?

  1. Add information about a new deal in a new line of Google Sheets.
  2. Zapier automatically adds these lines to Livespace as a new deal.

Zapier configuration

Step 1 – Trigger

  1. Log in to your account in Zapier and press Make a Zap!

  2. Select the application that will trigger the action, i.e. Trigger App. Find Google Sheets in the list of applications.
  3. Select New spreadsheet row and confirm by clicking on Continue.
  4. Connect Zapier to your Google account. Press Connect an Account.
  5. Zapier will open the Google Authentication window. Connect necessary Google account. Then Allow Zapier to access the data from Google Sheets.
  6. Confirm with Save + Continue.
  7. Select the appropriate document from the list, as well as the worksheet in GoogleSheets and press Continue.* At this stage complete a test lines to download sample data useful for further configuration.

Step 2 – Action

  1. To add a company to your Livespace deal, please select the following step Action from the list on the left.
  2. Find Livespace on the list of appps and choose it.
  3. Select Create Company, and after Save + Continue.
  4. Allow Zapier connect with your Livespace account by pressing on Connect an account.
  5. In the new window, enter the data from Livespace (you will find it in your Livespace account, in the tab Account settings > API > Users):
    1. Account name, for instance abc.livespace.io
    2. API key and API secret of selected user.
  6. Open the list in the Company name field and decide from which field in the Google spreadsheet the company name should be taken to Livespace.
  7. Additionaly, you can also specify other fields, such as: telephone number, owner and etc, according to data that will be in the Google Sheets.
  8. When all the fields are set, press Continue, and in the next window, test the configuration setting.

Step 3 – Action

  1. Go to the configuration of the next step – action. Select Action and then Livespace.
  2. Determine action – adding a new deal, i.e. Create Deal.
  3. Your Livespace account has already been connected during the configuration of the previous step, so select it and continue by pressing Save + Continue.
  4. Enter a deal name from the list or your own.
  5. To connect deal with a company added at the same time, in the next step open the list in the field Company and choose option Use a Custom Value (advanced).
  6. In the next step open the list in the field Custom Value for Company ID and choose ID field from Step 2.
  7. Choose what data from the spreadsheet in Google Sheets should appear in a new deal, for example, who is the owner of the deal or the closing date.
  8. Name your Zap and run it. Ready!

What will you need?

 

Do your clients use Calendly to choose a convenient date for presentation of the product and book a meeting with you? Connect Calendly to Livespace by using Zapier application, so that when you book a meeting, you can create a deal in Livespace that includes the date of the meeting.

How does the Livespace integration with Calendly work?

  1. You book a meeting in Calendly.
  2. Zapier automatically adds a new person and a deal to Livespace.

Zapier configuration

Step 1 – Trigger

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and press Make a Zap!

  2. Select the application that will trigger the action, Trigger App. Find Calendly in the list of applications.
  3. Choose Invitee created and confirm the choice by Continue.
  4. Connect Zapier to your Calendly account. Press Sign in to Calendly
  5. Enter the API Key and confirm with Yes, continue
  6. Test the connection.*At this stage complete a test form to download sample data useful for further configuration.

Step 2 – Action

    1. Choose Livespace from the list of applications:
    2. Set action Create Person
    3. Connect Zapier to your Livespace account. Choose Sign in to Livespace
      1. Account name, for instance abc.livespace.io
      2. API key and API secret of selected user.In the new window, enter the data from Livespace (you will find it in your Livespace account, in the tab Account settings > API > Users):
    4. Confirm with Yes, continue

In the next step, determine person’s details you want to transfer to Livespace.

Step 3 – Action

      1. Go to the next step configuration – select Action and choose Livespace.
      2. Determine that the action is adding a new deal, i.e. Create Deal.
      3. Log in to your Livespace account.
      4. Select your Livespace account in Zapier.
      5. In the next step, select the data that should appear in a deal.
      6. Name your Zap and run it. Ready!

After booking a meeting, a new deal will appear in your Livespace account.
